Corporation Tax

All Companies fall within the Corporation Tax System.

The current Standard Corporation Tax Rate is 12.5%, with a higher rate of 25% for certain types of income.

Companies are obliged to file a Corporation Tax Return with revenue on an annual basis. It is important that this return is completed accurately and filed within the deadlines set.

This Return includes extracts from the companys annual accounts together with details regarding Directors.
